MONTGOMERY COUNTY — Update@6 p.m. (Nov. 16):
Two men were indicted Wednesday on human and sex trafficking charges by a Montgomery County grand jury, according to the Montgomery County Prosecutor’s Office.
James “Damean” Rowles, 44, and Pascal “D.” Williams, 46, are accused of holding four women against their wills from June to September 2015 and forcing them to engage in sex acts.
The men are also accused of forcing the women into prostitution in exchange for drugs or money, according to court documents filed by the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office.

Rowles is serving a 9-month sentence in Pickaway Correctional Institution for felony drug possession.
Williams had a nationwide arrest warrant issued for him. Both are scheduled for Nov. 30 hearing in Montgomery County Common Pleas Court.
Williams’ felony charges include five counts of rape; four counts trafficking in persons; three counts kidnapping; two counts felonious assault; and single counts of compelling prostitution and promoting prostitution, according to a media release from the prosecutor’s office. Williams also faces four firearm specifications and five human trafficking specifications.

Rowles’ felony charges include a count of kidnapping and four counts each of trafficking in persons, compelling prostitution and promoting prostitution, according to the prosecutor’s office. Rowles also faces a firearm specification and eight human trafficking specifications.
Dayton police records show a Feb. 5, 2015 promoting prostitution incident involving Williams and a woman at a residence on Steele Avenue. No narrative was included with the report.
Dayton police records show Rowles had at least 10 law enforcement interactions from 2015-2017, including one incident in which Rowles said he was stabbed by a woman.

A July 2016 Dayton police report included information from an officer who wrote they saw two known prostitutes walking down East Third Street and entered a nearby nuisance-abated home where Rowles was found with a “realistic BB gun.” A municipal court judge suspended all but two days of a 180-day sentence he received.
Rowles has felony convictions in Montgomery County for possession of cocaine and heroin, receiving stolen property and felonious assault. He was sentenced in 2013 to two years in prison for the felonious assault conviction.

Dayton Municipal Court records indicate he had 49 cases there from 1996 to 2017.
Those cases involved several traffic violations, driving under suspension, drug abuse, telephone harassment, menacing, domestic violence, disorderly conduct, obstructing official business, public intoxication, jaywalking, not following bicycle regulations, drug paraphernalia, felonious assault, receiving stolen property and falsification.
Several of Rowles’ charges were later withdrawn or dismissed.

Two men were indicted on multiple charges, including human trafficking, in connection to a case involving four female victims, according to the Montgomery County Prosecutor’s Office.
Pascal Williams, 44, and James Rowles, 46, were indicted by a grand jury on Wednesday.
“Between June and September of 2015, the defendants held these women, each at different times, against their will, engaged in sex acts with the and force them into prostitution in exchange for drugs or money,” the prosecutor’s office said in a statement.

Williams was indicted on five counts of rape, four counts of trafficking in persons, three counts of kidnapping, two counts of felonious assault, one count of compelling prostitution and a single count of promoting prostitution, according to the indictment.
Rowles was indicted on four counts of trafficking in persons, four counts of promoting prostitution and compelling prostitution, the indictment read.
A warrant has been issued for Williams. Rowles is currently serving time in prison for an unrelated drug conviction.
