MIAMI TWP. — Two adults accused of robbing a Miami Twp. T-Mobile store earlier this month will face criminal charges for the incident, according to court records.

James Ralph Jackson IV, 19, and Tamaurie Kinney, 18 both from Dayton, were indicted by a Montgomery County grand jury Friday on charges connected to the Oct. 16 robbery.

Jackson and Kinney were indicted on two counts of aggravated robbery, two counts of kidnapping, and obstructing official business, court records show.

Jackson and Kinney, along with a 17-year-old male, were arrested after the suspect vehicle crashed on Edwin C. Moses Boulevard near Interstate 75 shortly after the robbery.

Investigators continue to search for three others who were believed to have been involved and fled from the crashed car. At last check, police have not made any additional arrests.
Jackson and Kinney are scheduled to be arraigned Oct. 30.
