Miami Valley Gaming to reopen Friday

LEBANON — Miami Valley Gaming announced they will be reopening their doors at 50 percent capacity Friday at 8 a.m.

The casino will be open from 8 a.m. to 4 a.m. daily and at risk guest hours will be from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m. starting Saturday.

A few new procedures will be implemented to minimize contact risk and follow the CDC’s recommended best practices. Social distancing must be practiced while in line and throughout the facility.

While guests are not required to wear masks, the casino strongly recommends it and masks will be available upon request.

Guests will also have their temperature checked before entering the building.

“Nothing is more important than the health and safety of our guests and employees,” said Domenic Mancini, President and General Manager of Miami Valley Gaming.

“We’ve worked closely with Gov. DeWine’s reopening team and the Ohio Lottery Commission to ensure we are taking all appropriate safety precautions. We are looking forward to welcoming back our customers."

Employees will be trained on health and safety standards and are required to strictly follow policies and procedures, including rigorous sanitization and hygiene requirements, stated a media release.

Employees take a health check, including a temperature screen, when they report to work and are required to wear masks while on duty.
