We’ve seen snow showers across the area, including in Preble County, where News Center 7′s Mike Campbell was early Saturday morning.

As the morning went on, we saw some covered roadways as well. For the most part, the consistent traffic on the interstates has kept snow from sticking to the road, but other roads have been slightly covered, including the ramp from State Route 725 to Interstate 675.

The slick spots on some roadways could some drivers some trouble this morning. Campbell was on the scene of a crash on SR 725 near the on-ramp to I-75 in Miamisburg which showed the issues drivers if they aren’t mindful of the slick conditions.

Campbell also saw snow-covered roadways on the side streets in Springfield.

Storm Center 7 Chief Meteorologist Austin Chaney continues to track this system. He has updates this morning on News Center 7.
