The 83-year-old man that was facing numerous charges after police found child pornography on his computer has been convicted.

Richard Isbill was convicted last Thursday on 20 counts of pandering sexually oriented material involving a minor and six counts of illegal use of a minor in nudity-oriented material, court records show.
He was also sentenced up to five years Community Control Sanctions.

An 83-year-old Miamisburg man is facing numerous felony charges after police found child pornography on his computer, according to the Montgomery County Prosecutor’s Office.
Richard Isbill was indicted by a grand jury on Tuesday for 20 counts of pandering sexual oriented material involving a minor and six counts of illegal use of a minor in nudity-oriented material or performance, court records show.
“None of the images are of local children,” the prosecutor’s office said in a statement.
Miamisburg police received notice that Isbill allegedly had child porn on his computer and following a search warrant pornographic images were allegedly discovered, the prosecutor’s office said.
A warrant has been issued for Isbill’s arrest, however he was not in custody Tuesday afternoon. He’s due in court for his arraignment on Nov. 13, records show.
