Mikesell’s selling last cases of Dayton-made chips; Here’s how you can buy them

DAYTON — If you’re a fan of Mikesell’s potato chips, this is for you.

Mikesell’s is selling the last cases of chips made at the Dayton plant.

The company will be selling cases of their chips from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Thursday, March 2 and Friday, March 3 at 1610 Stanley Ave., according to its Facebook page.

The cases of chips will be sold for $20 each while supplies last. The company will only be accepting cash.

“We cannot thank you enough for this journey we have lived together, and cannot wait to see you all this Thursday,” the company said.

Production of Mikesell’s started in Zanesville nearly two weeks ago after Conn’s Potato Chip Company announced they have bought the company.

“Conn’s is excited about this opportunity. The licensing agreement will allow us to use the decades-old recipes and traditions of Mikesell’s ... consumers have come to expect and enjoy, especially the loyal fans of Mikesell’s products.” Conn’s said in a statement.
