DAYTON — UPDATE @ 12:49 p.m. (Feb. 28):
A Dayton man who was the subject of an Endangered Missing Adult Alert died in November, but wasn’t pronounced dead until earlier this week.

Jerry Wayne Truett died Nov. 29, but was pronounced dead Feb. 26, according to the Montgomery County Coroner’s Office.
The cause and manner of death have not been determined yet.
Truett was last seen Nov. 27, according to an Endangered Missing Adult Alert that was issued in early December.
His body was reportedly found on Cherokee Drive in West Carrollton, but further details were not available.
It’s unclear when his body was located.

A 69-year-old Dayton man last seen in November has died, according to the coroner’s office.
An Endangered Missing Adult Alert was issued Dec. 6 for Jerry Wayne Truett.
He was last seen Nov. 27 at his home on South Gettysburg Avenue home, which he left on foot, said an Ohio Attorney General’s Office press release.
Truett reportedly had medical conditions that required medication.
The Endangered Missing Adult Alert was canceled at 4:30 p.m. Tuesday.

The cause and manner of death was not available.
