Christine Michael, 52, was arrested on a 2018 warrant for possession of drugs, jail records show.
Harold Hammond Jr., 53, was arrested on a parole violation, according to online jail records.
Jail records show they were initially booked Tuesday morning on suspicion of abuse of a corpse, tampering with evidence and a failure to report charge.
However, prosecutors have not approved any charges against Michael or Hammond in connection to Truett’s death, court records show.
