MONTGOMERY COUNTY — Campaign signs no longer needed after the 2020 election season are eligible for free recycling through the Montgomery County Transfer & Recycling Facility, according to a county spokesperson.
The center will take campaign signs, including frames, at the county’s recycling center on Encrete Lane in Moraine through Nov. 30. Signs can be dropped off under the green recycling canopy at the center, the spokesperson said in a media release Wednesday.
The program is part of the county’s daily recycling services and is free for all residents of Montgomery County.
The recycling center is open Monday through Friday 6 a.m. to 8 p.m., Saturday 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., and is closed Sunday.
Questions about the recycling program can be directed to the county’s solid waste district at 937-225-4999.
