WEST CARROLLTON — One man is dead after a deadly crash in West Carrollton Tuesday afternoon.

Around 12:54 p.m., West Carrollton police and fire departments were called to the intersection of Dixie and Dryden Road on a report of a two-vehicle crash.

“Units arrived on scene did notice injuries on both parties later determined that one of the party in the sedan several fatal injuries from the crash,” West Carrollton Police Deputy Chief David Wessling said.
The driver of the truck suffered major injuries due to the crash.
“One [vehicle] was stopped at the traffic signal preparing to turn northbound on the Dryden road from Dixie when it was struck by the other vehicle,” Wessling said.

The cause of the crash is currently under investigation.
