DAYTON — The new Gettysburg Grocery in west Dayton will begin its normal operating hours today.

The Gettysburg Grocery, also known as GG’s is a full-service supermarket located at 811 South Gettysburg Ave run by the nonprofit organization Homefull.

News Center 7 previously reported that the grocery store was in its final stages in August 2024.
The new grocery store had a soft opening on Thursday and Friday of last week to “fine-tune operations” and allow “staff to see what a typical day will look like” according to a Facebook post.
Starting today, they will begin their normal operating hours of 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., seven days a week.
The Grand opening celebration will be held on February 6th.
