Baker, the suspected driver of the car, died at Miami Valley Hospital Monday. Nabors and Wright, passengers in the car, died the day of the crash.

Six people in the bus including the driver were all hospitalized after the crash all with non-life threatening injuries. They were all treated and released.

Trotwood Police Chief Eric Wilson said an officer attempted to stop the vehicle for an expired registration and tinted windows when the car took off from the officer. Wilson emphasized that at no time was a Trotwood officer involved in a pursuit with the vehicle.

The Ohio State Highway Patrol continues to investigate the crash.
