MIAMI VALLEY — UPDATE @ 12:25 p.m.:
The National Weather Service has confirmed at least two tornadoes touched down, one in Miami County and one in Champaign County, during Sunday’s severe weather outbreak.

FIRST REPORT
Teams with the National Weather Service will survey areas in multiple counties Monday to see how much damage Sunday’s storm caused.
The areas the NWS is expected to survey include near Tipp City in Miami County as well as near Christiansburg in far southwest Champaign County.
A final assessment including results of the survey is expected to be completed by Monday afternoon, the NWS said.

News Center 7 reported on storm damage from Sunday night’s storms.
In Miami County, trees and branches were down and a roof was damaged.
In Champaign County, trees and branches were also reported down.
We will continue to follow any updates given by the NWS and update as new information becomes available.
