An off-duty Springfield police officer suffered minor injuries this afternoon in a two-vehicle crash.
The crash was reported around 4:10 p.m. at Villa Road and Ohio 72 just outside Springfield.

The Springfield Police Division confirmed one of its officers, who was not named, was involved in the crash while off-duty.
We are awaiting return calls for information from the Clark County Sheriff’s Office, which is investigating the crash.
