CLEVELAND — An Ohio mom was arrested for allegedly killing her 3-year-old son.
The 3-year-old son was admitted to Rainbow Babies and Children’s Hospital on June 14, WOIO reported.
After his admittance, he was pronounced dead at the hospital. Officials determined a few days later on June 17 that his death was by cause of homicide.
The mother was taken into custody in the 7900 block of Euclid Avenue, in the Fairfax neighborhood, on the same day as the primary suspect.
Curtis Wither was identified as the deceased victim by the Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner.
The cause of death was not disclosed. The mother’s identity was also not released.
The Cleveland Police Department led the investigation into the accused homicide.
