The $13 million donation will also be combined with $8 million from community donations and will go toward the construction of a new Ronald McDonald house for patient families.
When completed, the building will be 40,000 square feet.
It will have 42 guest rooms on three floors, a communal area, an outdoor recreation space, and a partial basement.
The project is expected to take around 18 months to complete.
