TROTWOOD — A man was struck by a vehicle while crossing the road at Hoover Ave. and Scottswood Rd. in Trotwood around 3:18 a.m.
The man was transported to Miami Valley Hospital with a shoulder injury.
Montgomery County dispatch confirmed a white Buick reportedly hit the subject and fled westbound on Hover Ave.
