DAYTON — Officers are investigating after one driver left the scene of a crash that sent one person to the hospital from the intersection of South Gettysburg Avenue and Germantown Street in Dayton.

According to Montgomery County Regional Dispatch records, officers and medics were sent out at 2:28 a.m. to a reported two-vehicle crash.
Officers found one injured person, who was taken to Miami Valley Hospital.
The other driver had already left the scene - according to records, the missing driver got into another vehicle at the scene and left.
The incident remains under investigation.
