‘Bad blood’ leads to shooting inside Easton mall store, police say

Columbus police said two females known to each other ran into each other inside the store, and then an altercation started and shots were fired inside the store.

Police were on scene within two minutes and had the suspect in custody.

There were other patrons inside the store at the time. Staff corralled them into a room, police said.

Police said there was “bad blood” between the two women.

There is no concealed carry permitted in the Easton Mall area, officials said.

One female victim has been shot inside a PINK store at the Easton Town Center in Columbus, according to the Columbus Police Department.

Two suspects are currently being detained and the victim is in stable condition at Grant Medical Center.
