Documents filed with the city of Centerville showed the restaurant would be located on the available restaurant site between the Home2 Suites hotel and the CoreLife restaurant.
The concept plan calls for a 4,936-square-foot restaurant with 187 seats and 92 parking spots, city documents show.
Oberer Reality Services, which handles leases for the buildings at the Cornerstone of Centerville, were unable to comment on the proposal.
Outback has locations in Miami Twp. near the Dayton Mall, on Miller Lane in Butler Twp. and in Troy.
