Person ejected from rollover crash in Randolph Co., reports say; Medical helicopter responds

RANDOLPH COUNTY — A rollover crash ejected a person from the vehicle in Randolph County early Monday morning.

The Randolph County Sheriff’s Office responded to a crash at the intersection of North 700 East and State Route 32, near Union City, at around 5:40 a.m., dispatch for the sheriff’s office confirmed.

When officers arrived on scene, they discovered one person requiring immediate medical attention after being ejected from a rolled over vehicle, emergency responders stated over scanners. As a result, a medical helicopter was dispatched to the crash site.

Another person involved in the crash was reportedly conscious and “walking around,” according to emergency scanners.

The Randolph County Sheriff’s Office led the investigation into the crash. No further detail was provided citing that a news release would soon follow the incident.
