PLEASANT HILL — It was a beautiful day to plant flowers and that’s exactly what citizens in the Miami County village of Pleasant Hill did this morning.

This is the third year that the village council purchased planters and flowers for the town.
Community members do their part by planting the flowers that the village buys.

Thirty-four planters now line state Routes 48 and 718, a block on each side leading up to a civil war monument in the center of Pleasant Hill.
