KETTERING — Two people were taken to the hospital after a shooting in Kettering early Saturday morning.
According to the Kettering Police Department, officers were dispatched to the Woodman Lanes Bowling Alley located on 3200 Woodman Drive shortly after midnight for a reported shooting.

A woman who lives across the bowling alley said things like this just don’t happen in her neighborhood.
“It’s nice, quiet, everybody’s good, get along, they keep up around here,” Sherri Jarvis told News Center 7′s Brandon Lewis.
Some comments on social media alleged the shooting happened in Woodman’s parking lot, but police have yet to confirm this.
A 17-year-old male is in custody at the Montgomery County Juvenile Justice Center.
Police said he faces charges of felonious assault and carrying concealed weapons.
This incident is still under investigation by the Kettering Police Department.
