UPDATE: Homicide investigation underway after Lebanon shooting leaves 1 dead

LEBANON — A homicide investigation is underway after a 22-year-old man was killed in a shooting in Lebanon Saturday evening, investigators said.

According to our news partners at WCPO in Cincinnati, police said they received a call about a person bleeding outside of a residence around 7:00 p.m.

Police responded to the 900 block of North Broadway, where they found the body of Joseph E. Kancy.

Police said Kancy appeared to have died from a gunshot wound.

The Warren County Coroner’s Office said an autopsy was performed Monday and the case is currently being investigated as a homicide.
