DAYTON — UPDATE @ 10:30 a.m. (Oct. 18):
The woman accused in a standoff that spanned nearly three hours at a Dayton house Thursday has been booked into the Montgomery County Jail.

Tiffany McIntosh, 33, of Dayton was jailed early Friday following the standoff at the house in the 100 block of Samuel Street.
In addition to the two outstanding warrants for her arrest, McIntosh was booked on new charges of resisting arrest and inducing panic, according to online jail records.
FIRST REPORT (Oct. 17):
A woman with warrants for her arrest surrendered and was taken into custody following a standoff at a house on Samuel Street in Dayton Thursday.

Police first responded to the house in the 100 block of Samuel Street around 1 p.m. Thursday. Officers were attempting to locate the woman, who had outstanding warrants for her arrest in Beavercreek and Indiana, according to Dayton police Lt. Bill Keller.

Hostage Negotiation Team members were called after the woman ran into the bathroom and was possibly in possession of a gun, Keller said.
The woman, who was not identified, came out of the house, surrendered, and was taken into custody around 3:45 p.m.
Police were searching the house after the standoff ended to see if there was a gun in the house.
