One person was ejected from a silver Chevrolet sport-utility vehicle that collided with a semi Friday afternoon on Interstate 75 North near the Austin Boulevard exit, according to the Miami Valley Fire District.

The crash where the victim suffered serious injuries was reported around 3:40 p.m.
The highway was shut down for about three hours while crews investigated the crash.
The victim’s name and condition are unknown at this time.
