Police: 2 taken to hospital after stabbing at Dayton McDonald’s

DAYTON — Police responded to reports of stabbing at a Dayton McDonald’s Sunday morning.

Officers were dispatched to the restaurant on 410 South Main Street shortly after 11 a.m.

Upon arrival arrival, police were able to locate two adult males involved in the incident who were both suffering from non-life threatening injuries, according to the Dayton Police Department.

The two men were then transported to the hospital for treatment.

Initial indications are that the incident resulted from an argument that escalated into assault, the police department said.

Given both individuals had injuries and there were issues determining the primary aggressor, both parties will be summoned into court.
