Pub in downtown Dayton temporarily closing for repairs

DAYTON — The Dublin Pub in downtown Dayton will be closed for a few days next week.

It will be closed from Jan. 13 to Jan. 15 for regular maintenance, according to a social media post from the pub.

The pub is getting new floors after 26 years in business.

“The only way to do that is for us to close for three days to get it all done in one swoop. It’s all in an effort to better maintain our building and provide our customers with the best experience possible,” the post said.

The business is also asking for the community’s help in finding a temporary storage solution for its tables and chairs.
