MONTGOMERY COUNTY — Get your children vaccinated during winter break and you may be eligible for a $100 gift card, courtesy of Public Health - Dayton and Montgomery County.
Although the clinic is for children ages 5 to 11 years old, parents may be vaccinated with their child — but must pre-register separately.

Gift cards are available, while supplies last, for Ohio residents receiving their first dose at these locations:
- Monday, Dec. 20 between 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. at Northwest Recreation Center at 1600 Princeton Drive
- Tuesday, Dec. 21 between 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. at SugarCreek Packing at 900 North Gettysburg

Vaccinations are free but an appointment is required. Public Health asks that you bring your ID to allow staff to verify your vaccination status.
