Reconstruction project to close U.S. 35 ramp to I-75 for months

DAYTON — A bridge reconstruction that started this week will closed a major U.S. 35 ramp in Dayton until October, according to the Ohio Department of Transportation.

Work crews will shut down the westbound U.S. 35 ramp to southbound Interstate 75 until at least Oct. 15, according to a media release from ODOT.

Crews will be reconstructing the U.S. 35 west ramp over I-75 during the project.

The ODOT suggested detour is northbound I-75 to the Second Street exit. Turn left at the bottom of the ramp and follow the signs to southbound I-75.
