DAYTON — A Dayton woman told police her dog was stolen during a burglary on Fillmore Street Christmas Day.
“They kicked down my back door,” the woman told 9-1-1 dispatchers. “They stole my dog … all my Christmas. Everything is gone.”
Officers responded to the burglary call in the 200 block of Fillmore around 8:15 p.m.
The woman told News Center 7 the dog’s name is Frenchie and the family is offering a reward.
The woman also said the burglar or burglars took shoes, an iPad, Macbook, cash jewelry and two video game systems.
A Dayton police report showed there have not been any arrests in the case.
