UPDATE @ 10:18 p.m.: Two of the 13 students on the school bus that crashed near Hamersville in Brown County suffered minor injuries, according to the state patrol post at Georgetown, Ohio.
The 11 remaining students were able to get out of the bus, which came to rest on its side on Sodom Road. School staff released them to their parents.
The two injured students were taken to a hospital.
The bus carrying students from the Western Brown School District was headed west on Sodom Road when Stephanie Burns, 32, of West Union, drove off the right side of the road and into a ditch line. She over-corrected and caused the bus to slide off the left side of the road. There, it hit a ditch and overturned onto its side in the roadway.
Burns was wearing the installed safety belt, troopers said.
Sodom Road, a tenth of a mile east of Liming Lake Road in Clark Twp., was closed for a time until the bus could be put upright and removed from the scene.
UPDATE @ 6:48 p.m.:
Officials in Brown County are reporting that no one on the school bus that crashed in Hamersville was badly injured, our news partner WCPO-TV in Cincinnati is reporting.
According to 9-1-1 calls, the children aboard were able to climb out of the bus, which ended up on its side on Sodom Road.
The Ohio State Highway Patrol is continuing its investigation of the accident.

At least one student has been injured in a school bus crash on Sodom Road in Hamersville, north and west of Georgetown, Ohio, in Brown County.

The bus has overturned and is in a ditch, according to the Ohio State Highway Patrol Wilmington Post, who had troopers en route.

The accident was reported about 4:20 p.m. We’re hearing, via police/fire scanner traffic, there were 11 students on the bus and a second bus has been dispatched to get them.
We’re hearing the student who was injured reportedly cannot feel his/her legs and cannot move. That has not been confirmed as of 4:40 p.m.
