TROTWOOD — The victim of a fatal shooting in Trotwood has been identified.

Edward E. Hines III, 25, of Trotwood, died in the shooting on Culzean Drive early Wednesday, according to the Montgomery County Coroner’s Office.

In a three-minute call to 911, a caller who says he is the victim’s brother repeatedly tells the dispatcher that his brother is dead after a shooting.
