Initial emergency scanner traffic indicated that North Hampton Police were in pursuit of a blue Chevy Trailblazer that was suspected to be involved in a theft from Rural King in Springfield.
Scanner traffic indicated that the Trailblazer hit a North Hampton cruiser during the pursuit and the Trailblazer eventually crashed ending up on its top in the 4000 block of East State Route 41.
We reached out to Clark County Sheriff’s Office, Ohio State Highway Patrol, and Miami County dispatch for more information but were told they were not involved in the pursuit.
