Vehicle pulled by rescue teams after crashing into water in Dayton

DAYTON — A vehicle was pulled by rescue teams after crashing it into the water in Dayton early Wednesday morning.

Water rescue teams and firefighters were dispatched around 2:53 a.m. to Lakeview Avenue and Lakeside Drive on initial reports of a vehicle into the water.

Images from the scene show a vehicle was pulled from the water.

News Center 7′s Taylor Robertson is at the scene and saw water rescue teams from both Dayton and Wright Patterson Air Force Base.

Fire officials told Robertson they did not find anyone in the vehicle or in the immediate area.
