A search for a Riverside woman who has been missing since Oct. 2 took place Saturday in an undisclosed location.
Approximately 15 to 20 people, using search dogs and ATVs, searched a wooded area for Cheryl Coker, 46, who was last seen dropping her daughter off at Stebbins High School, according to David Rader, director of the Midwest Chapter of EquuSearch.

Radar, who would not disclose where they were searching, said while the Riverside Police Department is doing its investigation, his team is also doing theirs.
“We’re out pounding the ground in hopes to finding Cheryl,” he said.

Riverside police announced last week that their investigation into the disappearance of Coker is now a homicide.
Coker’s husband, William “Bill” Coker, has been named the suspect in her case. He is not charged with any crimes at this time.
The EquuSearch group searched areas in Riverside on Feb. 24.
Police recently revealed new calls to dispatchers and more security footage from local residents and a school showing a person in the areas near the Coker home and where her vehicle was found.
