MIAMI COUNTY — UPDATE @ 10:15 a.m.:
A driver suffering from a medical issue is being investigated as a possible cause of a single-vehicle crash on northbound I-75 near Troy Thursday morning.

A pickup truck was found crashed into a median wall on I-75 North, just north of the County Road 25A exit between Tipp City and Troy around 7:30 a.m.

The driver was found suffering from serious injuries and was taken to an area hospital. Their condition was not released.
The damage to the vehicle was not consistent with damage associated in a serious injury crash, which is why state troopers are investigating if a medical issue was the cause of the crash, investigators said.

At least one person has reportedly suffered serious injuries following a crash on northbound I-75 south of Troy Thursday morning.

The crash was reported two miles south of the West Market Street exit on southbound I-75 around 7:30 a.m.
Initial reports indicate crews found a vehicle crashed into the center median however no lanes of the highway are blocked.
Emergency scanner traffic indicates a medical issue might have been to blame, however the condition of the driver was not immediately known.
