The gas leak has been resolved and the shelter-in-place has been lifted.

Residents are urged to shelter in place after a gas leak in Brookville early Saturday morning.

A gas leak has been reported in the area of Westbrook Road and Albert Road in Brookville.

A shelter-in-place has been issued until further notice, according to an Englewood dispatcher.
Centerpoint Energy is on scene and is assessing the leak, according to the City of Brookville on Facebook.
“There is no immediate need to evacuate but residents can relocate if they would prefer,” the city said in a post.
