Missing Adult Alert cancelled for Harrison Twp. man with dementia

HARRISON TWP. — UPDATE @ 3:26 p.m.:

The Missing Adult Alert has been cancelled for Albert Maurice Blackmon.

Police say he has been found and is safe.

FIRST REPORT:

The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in locating a missing Harrison Township man who suffers from dementia.

Albert Maurice Blackmon, 65, walked away from his home on El Paso Avenue Sunday at 5:30 a.m. and has not been seen since, according to a press release from the Ohio Attorney General’s office.

Blackmon was last seen wearing a blue shirt that says, “Training Day” and blue jean shorts.

He is 6 feet tall, weighs 156 pounds, and has brown hair and brown eyes.

Call 911 if you see Blackmon.
