The old Sherwood shopping on North Market Street that recently went through a major renovation will be coming to life in 2020.
Owners say an independent restaurant with outdoor dining, to include a creamery and coffee shop, along with the relocation of a local Church have signed contracts.

More announcements will be made as others businesses choose to locate there.
The Center has now been renamed simply “Sherwood.”
The owners hope to create a shopping and dining destination “unlike any other in Troy.”
