Springfield High School moves to virtual learning for two days amid COVID-19 cases

SPRINGFIELD — Springfield High School announced on their Facebook that they will transition to virtual instruction Thursday Jan. 6 and Friday Jan. 7.

SHS said this is due to staff and student abscesses directly relate to COVID.

The change will only affect the high school and not other schools in the Springfield City School District.

All extracurricular events and practices will take place as scheduled unless otherwise communicated, according to SHS.
