Marion Post troopers responded to reports of a vehicle driving recklessly on U.S. 23 in Marion County on Dec. 16.
Troopers stopped the vehicle and interacted with the driver.
“The reason for the stop today was your speed and you had a few mark lane violations,” the trooper told the driver. “You went over there on the left and you went over the center line too and you were changing lanes when you’re on the left.”
It was determined that he had a Blood Alcohol Content (BAC) of .217%.
State troopers have arrested over 14,000 impaired drivers in 2024.
