MONTGOMERY COUNTY — T-Mobile customers may experience issues when calling 911.

The Montgomery County Regional Dispatch Center said that T-Mobile customers who call 911 can often hear dispatchers, but dispatchers cannot hear the caller.
Dispatchers are trying to call back people who experience this issue.

This issue is being experienced by multiple dispatch centers throughout the county and region, the dispatch center said.
As T-Mobile works to resolve the issue, the dispatch center reminds the community that they can use text-to-911 or call the non-emergency number at 937-225-4357.
Kettering Police Department and Beavercreek Police Department also posted on social media that they are experiencing the same issue.
