The man and teen at the center of an Amber Alert out of Tennessee have been located, according to authorities.
The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation said Tad Cummins was arrested and Elizabeth Thomas was found safe in northern California.

Thomas had last been seen in mid-March at Shoney’s in Columbia, Tennessee, after a friend had dropped her off.
