OHIO — If your windshield wipers are on for heavy rain, Ohio Law says your headlights should be, too.
The law, Ohio Revised Code section 4513.03, requires a vehicle's lights to be on when wipers are in use. This includes your taillights and rear license plate lights. The law has been in effect since 2009.
