UPDATE @ 6:05 p.m. (Oct. 20, 2014):

The daughter of Hustler brand chairman Larry Flynt may have had a medical issue prior to the crash that left her in critical condition.

Lisa K. Flynt, 47, of Dayton, remained in intensive care Monday at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton. She was ejected from a green Oldsmobile sedan Friday evening when she pulled out into the path of a USF Holland Trucking semitrailer in the 2300 block of Valley Pike in Riverside.

According to a preliminary crash report by Riverside police, Flynt did not have a valid driver's license and was believed to be intoxicated at the time of the crash.

However, her husband Glenn Fugate said Monday that his wife has a history of seizures and doctors said she suffered one just prior to the crash.

"The doctors are verifying that she had a seizure," Fugate said. "You can drink 10 gallons of beer and some people can still walk, but if you have a seizure you can't comprehend. Who can't see a semi?"

Fugate said the next 72 hours will be critical for his wife's condition.

He said the "faith, hope and love" of family and friends has been important during this difficult time.

Flynt and Fugate married on Valentine's Day, and his two sons live with them, he said.

Flynt is the daughter of Larry Flynt, 71, the publisher of Hustler magazine and chairman of an adult entertainment empire that also includes television and video services, retail stores, websites and a Los Angeles-area casino. Flynt got his start in Dayton, when he operated "go-go" clubs.

She was taken by the Riverside Fire Department to Miami Valley Hospital, where she remains in the intensive care unit.

Flynt's passenger, Cierra D. Mallory, 24, of Dayton, was taken to Grandview Hospital, where she was treated and released.

The Oldsmobile is owned by Amanda Carson of Dayton, according to the release.

A woman was ejected from her car, which then rolled over her after police say she pulled her green Oldsmobile sedan in front of a semitruck.

The driver, a 47-year-old woman, and her passenger, a 24-year-old woman, were both taken the hospital. The driver's injuries are life-threatening, and the extent of injuries suffered by the second woman was not immediately known, said Riverside police Sgt. David Crigler.

The crash happened around 5 p.m. in front of Dollar General, 2300 Valley Pike.

"It appears that the car pulled out and ran underneath the trailer. The rear wheels of the trailer struck the car, pushing it back into the parking lot. The driver was then ejected from the vehicle; the vehicle then rolled over the driver," Crigler said.

The driver was pinned under her car, said area resident Donald Champeau, who said he heard the impact of the crash from inside his home.

Police say the passenger was able to climb out of the car, but that rescue crews had to lift the car to free the driver.

The truck driver was not injured.

Valley Pike was closed for more than two hours.

The crash is under investigation, but Crigler said it appears the driver, who was not wearing her seat belt, failed to yield to the truck driver.
