TIPP CITY — The Tipp City Board of Education has voted to hire full-time school resource officers.

It happened during Monday’s school board meeting.
News Center 7 has a copy of the agenda, and it shows it was tabled during February’s meeting and discussed in March.
The goal is to promote a safe and secure learning environment for students, faculty, staff, and the school community, the memorandum says.
The policy will go into effect this fall.
