DAYTON — Two people were taken to the hospital with injuries after an SUV struck a pole at Leo and Kiser streets in Dayton Tuesday afternoon.

The driver and passenger were transported to the hospital by medics, with the passenger sustaining serious injuries, according to the Dayton Fire Department.
It is not clear if either wear wearing seat belts at the time of the crash.
Some lane restrictions were reported at the intersection of Leo and Kiser streets.
