Two-vehicle accident in downtown Troy involves high school students

A two-vehicle accident occurred Friday afternoon on N. Market and E. Water Streets in downtown Troy.

One vehicle, driven by Sidney Lehman High School student, struck a pillar, knocking it over onto a business.

The other vehicle contained three Troy High School band members.

Police say they are relying on witnesses to determine who was at fault.

All occupants were wearing a seat belt, and there was heavy damage to both vehicles. No one was injured.
