“Passersby on the street, sidewalks or bike path, or residents of university residences and nearby neighborhoods, may see cadets in camouflage uniforms with helmets on the baseball fields or in trees during their drills, some of which will involve orange-tipped mock rifles,” the university ROTC program stated in a news release.
If you see the cadets in the area, they are participating in a scheduled exercise.
